NAFIC offers two membership levels for professionals and associates committed to advancing the fraternal financial services profession.
To be eligible for membership as a Fraternal Financial Professional, you must be employed by or affiliated with fraternal organizations and be either in the process of completing or have successfully finished the Fraternal Insurance Counselor (FIC) Program.
CANADA MEMBERS: Any designation qualifies.
To qualify for membership as a Fraternal Financial Associate, you simply need to be employed by or associated with fraternal organizations. There are no specific education requirements.
* Continuing Education (CE) credits through Kaplan Financial Education are available only to U.S.-based members. Some states may require an additional filing fee, which must be paid by the student.
* Support for Fraternal Higher Education and Legislative Goals may vary by state and is based on local participation.
* VSA Resource Library access is for client-facing documents and tools, subject to availability.
* Regional and client education events may be offered virtually or in-person based on demand and participation.
** NAFIC awards are presented to members who qualify based on verified production results. All award submissions must be confirmed through the home office of the member's fraternal organization.
