NAFIC 2026 Awards

Celebrating Excellence in Fraternal Service

Each year, NAFIC recognizes professionals whose performance, service, leadership, and commitment strengthen the fraternal financial profession.

The 2026 award recipients are being finalized and will be announced soon.

Recognition Built Around Service and Impact

NAFIC awards celebrate more than production. They recognize professionals who serve members well, build lasting relationships, demonstrate leadership, and advance the values of fraternalism.

How recipients qualify: NAFIC awards recognize professionals based on documented service and production results submitted by participating member societies. Depending on the award, qualifications may include the number of families or members served, the amount of protection placed, professional designations, and how consistently coverage remains in force over time.
1

Production Awards

Production Awards recognize NAFIC members for their results in serving clients through qualifying life insurance and annuity business during the award year. Award levels are determined using first-year commissions reported by participating member societies. First-year commissions provide a consistent measurement for comparing qualifying business across different products and organizations.

What are first-year commissions? First-year commissions are the commissions associated with qualifying new business during its first year. They are used to determine award eligibility and achievement level. The awards recognize documented production results and do not disclose an individual's compensation.
