Mitch Anthony is the founder and president of Advisor Insights Inc. and the Financial Life Planning Institute, the leading provider of financial life planning tools and programs for the financial services industry.

 Joseph Jordan, industry ambassador and renowned speaker, believes that today’s financial professionals are modern-day heroes. In fact, by providing clients with independence, dignity, and legacy, financial services is the noblest profession in the world. Mixing his deeply personal story with over 35 years of expertise, Joe injects advisors with the courage to face rejection and reaffirms their significant purpose in life.

Joe Jordan, a behavioral finance expert, is the author of the award-winning book Living a Life of Significance (Acanthus Publishing, 2013). The first edition has sold over 70,000 copies in four languages.

Formerly, Joe ran insurance sales at Paine Webber and more recently was a senior vice president at MetLife. He was responsible for retail product development and started their fee-based financial planning program and behavioral finance department. 

Joe has a global presence in the financial services industry. He travels around the world to deliver his powerful presentations. He has spoken on the main platform at MDRT and GAMA LAMP multiple times, as well as presented as a keynote speaker at LIMRA, NAIFA, and NAFIC.

US Army (Ret.) Lt. Gen Rick Lynch attended West Point.  He was commissioned as an Army Engineer Officer and commanded both a Mobile Assault Bridge Company and a Combat Engineer Company in the 2nd Armored Division.  He branched transferred to Armor and subsequently commanded a tank battalion and tank brigade.

General Lynch was promoted to Brigadier General in 2001.

He served among other places in Iraq where he commanded the 3rd Infantry Division from 2006-2008. During that time he deployed the Division to Iraq as part of the Surge.  After redeployment, he was selected to command III Corps at Fort Hood, Texas.

After retirement, General Lynch became the Executive Director of the University of Texas at Arlington Research Institute. General Lynch is now the CEO of his own company, RLynch Enterprises. He consults, makes presentations, and recently published a book on adaptive leadership entitled Adapt or Die: Leadership Principles from an American General.

He and his wife Sarah reside in Southlake, Texas.



Spencer Smith is the founder of spencerXsmith.com, and an Instructor at the University of Wisconsin and Rutgers University, where he teaches classes on Social Media Strategy.

 He’s been called a "Digital Marketing Expert" by Forbes, and is the winner of the 2016 & 2017 InBusiness Magazine Executive Choice Award for Social Media Consulting Company. Spencer speaks at an average of 60 conferences and other events per year, and only teaches what he first has proven to work himself with his own business.

He has been featured and quoted in Money Magazine, Entrepreneur, Inc. magazine, and dozens of other publications, and writes columns for InBusiness Magazine, The Huffington Post, The American Bar Association, and Law Journal Newsletters.

His debut book ROTOMA: The ROI of Social Media Top of Mind is an Amazon Bestseller.


JB Griffith 3rd, FIC, LUTCF, RICP, ChFC, CLU is an agent for Modern Woodmen Fraternal Financial, serving in the Liberty, North Carolina area.  JB received his Bachelors, Masters and Ph.D from North Carolina University at Greensboro and spent twenty years teaching and coaching.

At Modern Woodmen, JB enjoys helping other overcome financial obstacles, whether it be protecting families through life insurance, helping with their retirement plans, or saving for their children's college education.  JB is a NAFIC Chairman's Council Award member and Quality Service Award recipient.

In his spare time, JB enjoys volunteering in his community.  You can find him officiating, participating in community theater, and travelling with his family.  JB and his wife, Lisa have four children.
