Nick started his WoodmenLife career in November 2009. During the past 9 years, his efforts have rewarded him WoodmenLife’s prestigious Cabinet level production every full year since he joined their organization and his last two years has reached the organization’s Super Star recognition level. At the regional level, Nick has been recognized as the Louisiana Veteran Rep of the Year for 2016 & 2017. His production has also qualified him for the Million Dollar Round Table. Nick’s best advice is quoting Famous Hockey Star Wayne Gretzky….. I’ve successfully missed 100% of the shots I didn’t take.

Nick is blessed to be married to his wife Audrey and together they have three beautiful kids - Isabella age 12, Zachary age 8, and Nolan age 5.

Richard Coffey

Richard Coffey is a native of North Carolina. He is a businessman and former professional athlete. Richard served three years in the United States Army as an Airborne Paratrooper—a member of the first to fight last to fall 82nd Airborne. Richard is a former University of Minnesota Gopher Basketball player and ex NBA Minnesota Timberwolf. After his stint in the NBA, he continued his basketball career by playing and coaching abroad in Europe and Asia. For the last decade, Richard has started multiple businesses, worked in corporate America and has given presentations throughout the United States.


Richard speaks to your audience about not only stepping outside their box, but living outside their box.  With Richards background and experiences in the military, athletics and corporate America, he takes your audience on an empowering and entertaining journey of self-discovery that is quite often described as life changing!


 Colonel David W. Sutherland (Ret.)


Colonel David W. Sutherland, US Army (Retired) 

Colonel David W. Sutherland is the Chairman of Dixon Center for Military and Veterans Services. He actively contributes to numerous national veteran and military family committees and boards. Sutherland speaks in communities, at universities, businesses, and conferences around the country as a vocal advocate and leader for transformational change for our service members, military veterans, their families, and the families of our fallen. 

Colonel Sutherland culminated his 29 years of service following Brigade Command as the Special Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff with a principle focus on Warrior and Family Support. By visiting hundreds of communities and assisting thousands of organizations, he created a nationwide network of support providing grassroots solutions for veterans and their families. As the Chairman of Dixon Center, Sutherland brings innovative approaches that harness existing community-based support to deliver profound results for veterans and their families. 

Dixon Center assists partner organizations and like-minded individuals providing innovative solutions that enable veterans and their families to discover opportunities for education, meaningful employment, and wellness. Given that he understands the grassroot solutions that are working, Sutherland he is a trusted advisor to many former senior military leaders including former Chairmen of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Combatant Commanders, former Department of Defense leadership and Corporate leaders on the evolving needs of corporate and community culture to better incorporate veterans and their families. 

Awards and decorations include, among others, the Bronze Star Medal with oak leaf cluster, Purple Heart, Ranger Tab, Combat Infantryman's Badge Second Award and Senior Parachutist Badge. He is also the 2008 Freedom Award recipient presented by the No Greater Sacrifice Foundation, the 2011 Meritorious Service Award recipient presented by the National Coalition for Homeless Veterans, and the 2013 Commitment to Service award presented by Give An Hour for his work on behalf of returning service members, veterans, military families, and families of the fallen. Sutherland is also the honorary colonel of the 12th Infantry Regiment. 

He received his undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University and a Master’s in Military Art and Science from the School of Advanced Military Studies, United States Army Command and General Staff College. 


 William D. Keltner

"Bo" Keltner FIC, LUTCF, CLF, CLU

Director & Regional Director, Modern Woodmen of America 

Bo entered the financial services business in March of 1973. He joined Modern Woodmen of America in December of 1984 and was promoted to Regional Director for the Kentucky West Region in January of 1990. In 2003, Bo returned to his native West Tennessee to assume the role of Regional Director for the Mid-South Region, which includes Central and West Tennessee as well as Northern Mississippi. He is also a registered representative with MWA Financial Services. In 2009, he was appointed to the Board of Directors with Modern Woodmen of America. 

His region’s production ranked number one in the nation and earned the Leading Regional Director Award as well as Modern Woodmen’s most prestigious honor- The President’s Achievement Award from 2009 to 2017. He also received the 2006 and 2007 Agency Builder of the Year Award, presented by the Fraternal Field Managers Association. 

Bo studied at the University of Tennessee and is a graduate of Perdue University Professional Management Institute. He has earned his FIC, LUTCF, CLF, and CLU designations. Bo is a past president of NAFIC and is a member of the Rotary Club, GAMA, and NAIFA. 

Bo and his wife, Bonita, have two children, Brad (Cheena) Keltner and Betsy (CJ) Straub. They have two grandsons, Jackson & Will Keltner, and two granddaughters, Lilly Conner and Ella Keltner. 

Libby Greiwe

Jeff Toeniskoetter


Jeffrey S. Toeniskoetter, FICF

Jeffrey S. Toeniskoetter began his career as a Knights of Columbus Field Agent in March 2012.  He currently serves 7 parish councils in and around the greater Palm Beach County community.  Jeff is a 4th Degree member of Knights of Columbus Council 13996, St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church and Loyola of the Palm Beaches Assembly 2003. 

Education is important to Jeff.  He holds a degree in Business Administration from Rockhurst, a Jesuit University in Kansas City, Missouri.  Jeff knows that an important part of his role as an agent is to educate members about the strength and security of the Knights of Columbus and how its world-class products protect Catholic families and fulfill Father McGivney’s founding vision.  He currently holds professional designations as a Fraternal Insurance Counsellor (FIC) and the Fraternal Insurance Counsellors Fellows (FICF).

In the first 3 months of his career of 2012, Jeff fully qualified to attend the Supreme Council's Field Agent School where he earned the MVP honors of his class.  Each year since then, Jeff has finished in the top 2% of all Field Agents, including a top 5 finish in 2017, fully qualified to attend the Knights of Columbus Incentive Awards Trips, met the requirements for membership in the prestigious Supreme Knights Sales Club and fully qualified for membership in the Million Dollar Round Table.  In 2016, Jeff was chosen by the Executive Committee of the Knights of Columbus to represent the Order as its 2016 Fraternal Insurance Counselor of the Year.  Prior to joining the Knights of Columbus field force, Jeff served eight years in the Mortgage Banking Industry and nine years in various management roles at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Jeff and his wife Stacy have two children, Hanna (17) and Abigail (13).  Jeff served as the Lay Director for the Christ Renews His Parish men's ministry in 2011 at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church.  He is also the recipient of the 2009 Civilian Citation Award from the Boynton Beach Fire Rescue Department.  He currently serves as the President of the Executive Board of Directors for NAIFA of the Palm Beaches, as the Secretary for the St. Vincent Ferrer Parish Pastoral Council, as the Treasurer of the Borgata Homeowner’s Association and formerly as the Secretary of the Lake Worth Christian School Board.
