Hello. My name is Bob Arzt, CLU, ChFC, LLIF, President of Polaris One and Insurance Coach U. I’m looking forward to presenting to the members of the National Association of Fraternal Insurance Counselors a series of webinars throughout 2017. The webinars are titled, The Sales Success Series.

The series is based on my book, “What Every Great Salesperson Knows, A No-nonsense Guide for Sales Success”. For years, companies have researched what competencies their top salespeople possess.
